In 2005, Dennis and Steven Christofaro took over Vega with high hopes to launch this small company into the twenty-first century by sharing the same gourmet foods they grew up eating. Coming from a large Italian family, food was an important part of their lives—and they are dedicated to bringing that same homemade taste to their customers' dinner tables.
